OUTCOME OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Special Meetings held May 27, 2026, the members of Pioneer Gas Co-op, Rockyview Gas Co-op, and Rosebud Gas Co-op have approved the motion to proceed with the amalgamation process involving the three participating co-operatives.

This marks the beginning of the next phase of work as the co-ops move forward together to complete the amalgamation process. Additional information and updates will be shared with members as they become available.

We thank all members who participated in this important decision.

Rockyview Gas Co-op Ltd. HEREBY PROVIDES NOTICE that a Special General Meeting will take place as follows and ALL Members are invited.

Date: Wednesday, May 27^th, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM
Place: Crossfield Community Centre
900 Mountain Ave, Crossfield, Alberta

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING:

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Directors of the Association to propose at the meeting that a Resolution be passed by the Membership as an Extraordinary Resolution as follows:

“The Association agrees to amalgamate with Pioneer Gas Co-op Limited and Rosebud Gas Co-op Ltd. and approve of an Amalgamation Agreement for that purpose.”

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that a copy of the Amalgamation Agreement can be reviewed upon request by contacting Rockyview Gas Co-op Ltd. at (403) 946-4222.

Paper Bill Fee

Effective July 1 2026, RVGC will be implementing a paper bill fee of $5.00 per monthly statements/bills in an effort to offset costs.

Rockyview Gas Co-op’s 2026 Annual General Meeting has been set for Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 @ 6:30 PM.

The AGM will be held at Crossfield & District Community Centre, 900 Mountain Ave, Crossfield, AB.
